2 Total minimum cost over 24 months is $792 ($33 Chat plan), $1,320 ($55 Chat plan), $1,584 (66 Chat“N”Text plan), $2,112 ( $88 Chat“N”Text plan), $2,616( $109 Chat“N”Text) and $3,384.00 ($141 Chat'N'Text plan). 
3 Mobile data included in this plan is 100MB ($33 Chat plan), 200MB ($55 Chat plan), 1GB (66 Chat“N”Text plan), 1.5GB ($88 Chat“N”Text plan), 2GB ($109 Chat“N”Text) and 2GB ($141 Chat“N”Text). Both uploads and downloads are counted towards data usage. Data rate and excess data rate is calculated at 26.4c (Inc. GST) per MB whereby 1MB is comprised of 1024 kilobytes. Therefore effective data rate per kilobyte is 0.00024414c (Inc. GST). 
4 Message limit of 6,000 SMS includes (SMS, national, SMS international, MMS National, MMS international) on the $55, $66 and $88 plans. 
5 We reserve the right to cancel activated service numbers which have been zero-tolling airtime in excess of 3 mths consecutively. If we terminate an activated service number for zero-tolling, your rights to obtain a credit or rebate for any amounts paid in advance are set out in the Standard Form of Agreement. 
6 If you cancel or port away the service before the end of the 24 month term, you will be charged an early termination fee which is calculated as your minimum monthly commitment x months remaining in your contract. 
7 When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply. Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries

9 Customer’s usage on these plans will be no greater than the specific minimum access each month for usage of calls within the included value, subject to excluded call types as listed below. Our standard charges, as set out below, apply once you exceed your included value. 
10 Minimum Monthly Spend Requirements will apply to each Active and Suspended service. Standard Spend Requirements and Cap Limits will be calculated using all Standard Voice (National), Standard voicemail, Standard National SMS to other GSM mobiles, International SMS, Standard national MMS and international MMS, but will exclude all charges relating to: - 13/1300 & 1800 Numbers - WAP (CSD) airtime charges, GPRS (WAP Internet) kilobyte volume charges - All International calls / International Roaming - Calls to Special Numbers (1900 etc.) - Premium SMS - Optus Zoo Services - Diverted/Forwarded Calls, Surepage Calls, Surepage SMS 
11 Standard included value and bonus included value apply concurrently 
12 Bonus value only covers calls to mobile services on the same network and is billing with us.

14 We have no control over the social networking sites or the manner in which they are accessed by end users. We can only zero rate access to URLs that we identify for these sites from time to time as they are subject to change by their operators without notice to Us. We reactively monitor the specified social networking sites but cannot guarantee at any given time that it has identified and zero rated all relevant URLs. If a social networking site is accessed indirectly by an end user (examples may include without limitation use of a VPN, proxy services, certain browsers or via a third party URL) and charges may apply. Any access to URLs that are not part of a specified social networking site is chargeable. Charges may also apply if the social networking sites are accessed via tethering. We may vary the terms of access to the specified social networking sites upon written notice to you with 30 days’ notice in advance. 
15 Optus Dual Band service: Refers to Optus’ 2100MHz/900MHz Network. Optus dual band handsets can provide access to 3G services in the Optus dual band coverage area. Outside these areas, service will fall back to the Optus GSM/GPRS network, except for video calling services which cannot be accessed in these areas. Optus 3G Services: Refers to the 2100MHz network. 13 The IF Telecom Telstra mobile product provides a 3G coverage footprint of 97% of the Australian Population covering more than 960,000 square kilometres. Outside the Telstra 3G coverage footprint customers will revert to 2G coverage and speeds. The combined 2G and 3G footprint covers 98.5% of the Australian population. The mobile solution has a typical download speed of 550kbps-3Mbps and upload speed of 300kbps-1Mbps*. The IF Telecom Telstra mobile solution supports these typical download speeds across the entire 3G coverage footprint not just selected metropolitan areas. IF Telecom’s Telstra 3G mobile solution has a peak network download speed of 7.2Mbps. End-user speeds will also vary due to factors such as device capabilities, location, distance from the base station, local terrain, user numbers, hardware and software configuration, download source/upload destination and network management measures.
